We offer flexible and safe payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient. Choose the option that works best for you.

Accepted payment methods

To ensure a smooth checkout process, Jaicom Enterprises accepts the following payment methods:

  • M‑Pesa – Pay instantly via Buy Goods Till or PayBill. Our till number and payment instructions are provided at checkout.
  • Cash on delivery – Available for select areas within Nairobi and major towns. Eligibility is confirmed during checkout. Please have exact change when possible.
  • Bank transfer – Direct deposit to our business bank account. Account details will be shown after you place your order. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once funds reflect in our account (usually 1–2 hours).

How to pay

During the checkout process, you will see clear instructions for your chosen payment method. If you select:

  • M‑Pesa: A till number or PayBill will be displayed. Complete the payment on your phone and enter the transaction code in the provided field.
  • Cash on delivery: Our team will contact you to confirm your order and delivery time. Payment is collected upon receipt of goods.
  • Bank transfer: You will receive our bank details. After transferring, upload the receipt or enter the transaction reference to speed up verification.

Payment security

Your financial information is important. We do not store any credit/debit card or M‑Pesa details on our website. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. For bank transfers, please ensure you use the exact reference provided to avoid delays.

Order confirmation

Once your payment is successfully received, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS. If you have not received confirmation within 2 hours of payment, please contact us immediately.

Partial payments / deposits

Currently, we do not offer layaway or partial payment plans. Full payment is required before dispatch, except for cash on delivery orders which are paid in full upon delivery.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). If you are paying from outside Kenya, please ensure your bank converts the amount appropriately – we do not accept foreign currency directly.
